So today we finished preparing our stuff for shipment to Japan. It's so great that the Navy pays for shipment of household goods to Japan and storage here in the U.S.! They even made all the arrangements for me, I just have to separate my stuff into slow shipment (3 months), express shipment (1 month), and non-temporary storage. Not an easy task BTW, how do you decide which spatula to send express vs. slow shipment?
Packing with a Turkish dragon also creates interesting challenges. This is what happened when I asked him to take down my shower curtain.

Oh my God that is sooooo funny!! I can see why he's a PERFECT match!! I think Deniz should consider getting into the fashion industry. He would look stunning on the runway! :) Looking forward to reading about your adventure in Japan! Goodluck with the move! The States will miss you! And me, too!
